In any case under the Act, the time limit has been issued in accordance with this regulation and the defendant is out of Nepal, showing any reasonable reason for not being able to submit a reply, any rightful person of his single-family family or any other person who has the same concern as the defendant in the said case or his agent. If within five days from the date of payment of the said deadline, if any evidence is presented to refute the accusation, the tribunal shall consider the evidence and dispose of the case.
